Ché Rogers

Ché Rogers lives in New Plymouth, Taranaki, New Zealand, which he was drawn to by cheap real estate, good surf, and a Womad graphic design contract. Leaving graphic design in 2018 to pursue art and music full time, Ché currently combines all of his passions and is involved in projects throughout the country – painting, exhibiting, making music videos, performing live music and producing light installations.

Interconnectedness is a central theme in Ché’s work. Concentric circles radiate outward and contract inward. His paintings pulse with energy and flow that bring to mind dynamic motifs of sound, light, growth and reflection.
